  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The last wash must start by 8:00 PM to ensure everything is completed before closing.

  • Where are you located, and is there parking?

    We are conveniently located at 9 Center Street, Stafford, VA 22556. Yes, we offer plenty of free, ample parking right at the facility for easy access.

  • How do the machines accept payment?

    Our modern machines are card-operated using a preloadable laundry card. You can easily load funds onto the card with cash or credit/debit card at our payment kiosks. We also offer a convenient mobile app for loading funds, checking machine availability, and more.

  • Do you have large-capacity machines?

    Yes! We feature high-capacity 80-pound washers, and 83-pound dryers, perfect for oversized loads such as comforters, blankets, bedding, and large family laundry.

  • Is the laundromat attended?

    Yes, our friendly and attentive staff is on-site during all operating hours to assist with any questions, machine operation, service requests, or general needs.

  • How much do self-serve washers and dryers cost?

    We offer straightforward, value-driven pricing based on machine size:

    Washers (priced per full load):


    30 lb washers: $4.00

    45 lb washers: $6.00

    60 lb washers: $8.00

    83 lb washers (our largest—perfect for king-size comforters, bulky bedding, and heavy family loads): $10.00


    Dryers (priced by time and capacity for maximum efficiency):


    35 lb dryers: $0.25 for every 8 minutes

    50 lb dryers (high-capacity for faster drying of larger loads): $0.25 for every 5 minutes


    All prices are clearly displayed on each machine and accessible in our mobile app for easy planning.

  • What should I bring for self-serve?

    Bring your own detergent, fabric softener, bleach, dryer sheets, or other preferred supplies—or purchase premium options on-site. We stock high-quality, eco-friendly, hypoallergenic, and fragrance-free products in our vending machines (payable with your preloadable card or app). Larger sizes and additional items are also available for purchase at the counter.

  • How long do the wash and dry cycles take?

    Wash cycles typically run 30–45 minutes, depending on machine size (30 lb to 80 lb), load volume, and selected cycle (normal, heavy duty, delicates, or extra rinse). Our high-efficiency washers deliver thorough cleaning quickly.

    Dryer cycles generally take 30–60 minutes total, varying by load size, fabric type, and desired dryness level. The 50 lb dryers run faster (5-minute increments at $0.25 each) for larger loads, while the 35 lb dryers provide excellent value with 8-minute increments at $0.25 each—our powerful, well-maintained dryers ensure even drying and shorter overall time.

  • What items do we NOT accept for self-serve or wash and fold services?

    To protect our machines, ensure the best experience for all customers, and maintain high hygiene standards, we have the following restrictions:


    Horse blankets — These often contain heavy dirt, hair, straw, manure, or other debris that can clog machines and damage equipment.

    Rugs (including area rugs, rubber-backed rugs, or large floor mats) — These can be too bulky, may have non-washable backings, or leave excessive lint/residue behind.

    Dog/cat bedding (e.g., pet beds, heavily soiled pet blankets, or items with embedded pet hair) — Pet bedding frequently sheds excessive hair, dander, or odors that can transfer to other loads and affect machine performance.


    Important note: While we do not accept dog/cat bedding or rugs for self-serve washing, we do offer professional wash and fold service for these items when you drop them off with us! Our staff handles sorting, pre-treatment, and cleaning in a controlled way to minimize issues and deliver great results. Just let us know when dropping off, and we'll provide a quote based on size and condition.

    Other common items we cannot accept (for self-serve or wash and fold):


    Items labeled "dry clean only" or those requiring special care.

    Heavily soiled or contaminated items (e.g., with oil, grease, paint, chemicals, or mold).

    Items with excessive mud, dirt, or debris (please shake or rinse off first).

    Hazardous materials (e.g., anything exposed to flammables).

  • What is your wash and fold service?

    Our professional wash and fold service (also known as fluff and fold) makes laundry effortless. Drop off your items (or use our convenient outdoor lockers for early morning or late evening drop-offs when the store is closed)—we sort by color, fabric type, and care instructions; wash with premium detergent on the appropriate cycles; dry carefully; and fold everything neatly. Your clean laundry is returned fresh, organized, and ready to use. We also offer convenient pickup and delivery options for added ease—contact us to schedule!

  • How much does wash and fold cost?

    We offer flexible, transparent pricing by weight:


    48-hour standard service: $1.99 per pound

    24-hour service: $2.25 per pound

    Military discounts are available—thank you for your service! (Ask our staff for details or show valid ID.)

    Minimum order: 10 lbs (to provide the best value and efficient processing).

    Bulky or specialty items such as sleeping bags, comforters, duvets, and similar oversized pieces are priced separately—our staff will provide an accurate quote based on size and type upon drop-off or inquiry.


    Prices are posted in-store, and estimates are available via our app or by calling.

  • Do I need to separate my laundry or remove items?

    No need whatsoever! Just drop off your laundry in bags—we professionally sort colors, whites, delicates, and more to ensure everything is handled correctly and safely. Please remove any non-washable items (e.g., dry-clean only garments, items with hazardous materials, or anything from our "Items We Do Not Accept" list) before drop-off. If in doubt, our staff is happy to review and assist.

  • What detergents/softeners do you use?

    We use genuine Tide® detergent as our standard choice for all wash and fold services. Tide is a reliable, high-performance formula that effectively removes stains, works across all water temperatures, and leaves clothes fresh and clean.

    For customers who prefer fragrance-free options, we offer Tide unscented detergent and Tide unscented softener at no additional cost—just let us know when dropping off, adding a note in our app, or scheduling pickup/delivery. These unscented versions provide the same powerful cleaning and softening without any added fragrance, making them ideal for sensitive skin, allergies, or anyone who prefers a neutral scent.

    Upgrade to one of our premium laundry sheet options:


    The Clean People — plant-based, hypoallergenic, free of harsh chemicals like dyes, parabens, and phosphates; dermatologist-approved and excellent for sensitive skin.
